Scott Baum, a professional civil/structural engineer together with his construction team provides expertise to the project. In addition, he can offer most appropriate building methods for structural integrity. He also has the expertise to analyze suitable building sites for any given project. Amicon has worked with and cultivated professional relationships with numerous design and engineering companies. Amicon will assemble the most qualified professionals and offer a complete turnkey design/build proposal to the owner. Be being able to select the most appropriate design firms whether in-house or outside this firm for each project, Amicon can match project type, complexity, size and location with the most qualified firms that will offer the best fit of capability and cost effectiveness.
Amicon will contract on design/build basis providing all of the services during pre-construction and construction. This complete turnkey approach offers owners a unified approach to all facets of project design, pre-construction and construction.

General Contracting
As a GC we have our own complement of employees. This may include our own foremen and superintendents who work predominantly at the job site, along with general laborers, carpenters, and other skilled trades, employed by Amicon.

Construction Management
We sub out all trades to a competitive bid, providing the owner and architect complete transparency of bids solicited from the subcontractors. Every penny of the project is out in the open, which is how Amicon earned the trust of so many clients throughout the decades.

Owner's Representative/Project Management
Amicon is the single point of contact from project inception to the final certificate of occupancy. We help develop and maintain the budget, hire design professionals and general contractors, as well as hire furniture vendors and technology consultants.
