General Contracting
As a GC we have our own complement of employees. This may include our own foremen and superintendents who work predominantly at the job site, along with general laborers, carpenters, and other skilled trades, employed by Amicon.

Construction Management
We sub out all trades to a competitive bid, providing the owner and architect complete transparency of bids solicited from the subcontractors. Every penny of the project is out in the open, which is how Amicon earned the trust of so many clients throughout the decades.

Engineering
When the renovation of an existing building runs into structural conflicts, Amicon can offer the most cost effective solution. Similarly, when Amicon bids on a project we can identify a better budgetary solution for site work or structural design concerns.

Owner's Representative/Project Management
Amicon is the single point of contact from project inception to the final certificate of occupancy. We help develop and maintain the budget, hire design professionals and general contractors, as well as hire furniture vendors and technology consultants.
